About payment methods
What payment methods do you accept? Clubö?
You can pay directly at the parking ATMs using a credit or debit card, as well as with coins and bills.
At ATMs, you must enter your PIN for amounts over €50, unless you have defined a different amount with your bank.
The accepted bills They are: €5, €10 and €20, €50 for payments over €30.
We also accept payments through our mobile app, which allows for a faster, contactless experience. In some cases, cash payments are also available at an ATM.
What do I do if the ATM doesn't work?
If you encounter any problems with the ATM, please use the intercom to contact our Control Center. You can also make your payment directly at the exit barrier, as we have enabled contactless card payments at the exit barriers (check with our staff for availability).
How do I get an invoice for my stay?
You can request a payment receipt at an ATM after completing your payment, or ask our staff for one.

What do I do if I lose my parking ticket?
If you lose your parking ticket, don't worry. Go to the ATM or use the intercom to contact our Control Center. The team will verify your license plate and the length of your stay to calculate the corresponding amount.

Are there special rates for long stays?
Yes, we have Daily Passes and Monthly Subscriptions that adapt to different parking needs.
For example, the Daily Passes, allow you to enter and exit the parking lot as many times as you wish, during the validity of the purchased pass. Passes are available for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 15, and 30 days, and you can purchase them at the parking lot itself, at the ATM, using your entry ticket. This way, you "exchange" your entry ticket for a pass for the desired number of days, and payment is made at that time, using a credit/debit card, cash, or banknotes. You have 24 hours from the moment you enter the parking lot to convert your access ticket into a Multi-Day Pass. We remind you that you can enter and exit the parking lot during the validity of the pass using the ticket, so you must keep the pass in good condition throughout your stay.

On the other hand, there are also available the Monthly Subscriptions, which allow you to enter and exit the parking lot as many times as you wish during the validity of the pass. A minimum three-month contract is required, and payment is made by direct debit, except for the first month, which can be paid by credit/debit card at the parking lot. You must purchase your pass at the parking lot, where we will explain how it works, the price, give you your access card, the subscription documentation, etc.

There are passes for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 15, and 30 days, and you can purchase them at the parking lot, using the ATM, using your entrance ticket. This way, you can "exchange" your entrance ticket for a pass for the number of days you want, and payment is made immediately, either by credit/debit card, cash, or banknotes.
You have 24 hours from the moment you enter the parking lot to convert your access ticket into a Multi-Day Pass. Please note that access and exit from the parking lot, during the validity of the Pass, will be via the use of the ticket, so you must keep the Pass in good condition throughout your stay. Keep your Pass until the end of your stay.

How long do I have to check out after payment?
Users must retrieve their vehicle within 10 minutes of validating their ticket. If they exceed this time, they will be charged the excess fee at the current rate and will have to use the ATM again.
