I. Responsible for the processing of your personal data.

The person responsible for the processing of the personal data that you provide us is Agility Mobility Solutions, SL (“AMS”), with CIF B10575397, and address in Madrid, at Calle Gustavo Fernández Balbuena, 11, Building B, 1D, 28002 (Madrid).

II. Purpose of the processing of your personal data.

• Treatments based on the management of requests by the interested party.
  AMS will process your personal data for the purpose of managing your contract applications or requests submitted through the Website, communicating your personal data to the Clubö company whose product or service you wish to purchase. Both AMS and all its subsidiaries (hereinafter jointly referred to as "Clubö") are part of Clubö.Club Societies.

  If you apply for a position at one of the Clubö Companies, your personal data will be processed to manage your application during the selection process.

  These treatments are legitimately based on the consent you provide us by sending us the email containing your inquiry.

• Treatments based on the execution and fulfillment of the contract. AMS will process your personal data for the purpose of managing your access to and registration on the Website and allowing you to use the various content, information, etc., offered through it. When you have entered into a contractual relationship with AMS or any other Clubö Company, the company in question will process your personal data to manage and execute said relationship and provide the services you have requested, whether you are a client, advertiser, or supplier. This processing will include sending you informational communications related to the contractual relationship you maintain with the Clubö Company.

  If you are a natural person, the legal basis for this processing will be the execution of the contract. However, if you act as a representative, contact person, or employee of a legal entity, the legal basis will be the legitimate interest of Clubö Company in having the company you represent or for which you provide services enter into a contract for the proper development and execution of the contractual relationship.

• Processing based on legitimate interests.
  If you maintain a contractual relationship with AMS or any other Clubö Company, these companies will process your personal data to send you commercial communications about their own products or services similar to those previously contracted with the sender.

  This communication may be made by electronic or non-electronic means: i) When communications are sent by electronic means, the legitimacy for this processing is found in article 21.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, which authorizes such shipments when there is a prior contractual relationship, provided that the sender has lawfully obtained the recipient's contact information and uses it to send commercial communications regarding products or services of its own company that are similar to those initially contracted with the client. ii) When communications are made by non-electronic means, the processing is based on the legitimate interest of Clubö Company to keep you informed about services and products that may be of interest to you.

  Likewise, if you maintain a contractual relationship with any Clubö Company, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting internal analyses and statistical studies by Clubö. This may include analyzing user interaction with its products and services, with the aim of gaining a better understanding of the market and customer preferences and needs. This information is used to inform strategic and business decision-making. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of AMS and the other Clubö Companies in gaining a better understanding of their business and customers, to assist in making appropriate business decisions and managing their activities and customers, calculating strategic metrics, and developing new products.

• Processing based on compliance with legal obligations and the public interest.
  AMS and the Clubö Companies will process your personal data when necessary to comply with the legal obligations to which each of these companies is subject.

  They will also process your personal data to monitor their facilities using video cameras, based on the public interest in preserving and ensuring the safety of people, property, and facilities.

  When you report any type of incident through the reporting channel, the Clubö Company you contacted will process your personal data for the purpose of processing your report. In cases where the report relates to acts that may be contrary to applicable regulations, the processing will be based on the public interest of ensuring compliance with current legislation. When the report relates to conduct that may contradict Clubö's internal rules, the legitimate basis for processing will be the legitimate interest of said group in ensuring that its activities and those of its affiliates are carried out in accordance with its corporate governance system.

• Consent-based treatments.
  When you have given your consent to do so to a Clubö Company, that company will process your personal data to send you commercial communications about its own products or services other than those previously contracted by you with the sender, or commercial communications about products or services from third parties outside the Clubö Group.

III. Recipients of your personal data.

Your personal data may be transferred to public authorities, agencies, and bodies, including courts and tribunals, when required by applicable law.

Your personal data may also be accessed by service providers that Clubö Companies hire or may hire and that act as data processors, as well as companies within the Clubö Group, for the sole purpose of managing the purposes described above.

Your personal data may also be transferred to companies within the Clubö Group or to third-party companies related to the parking and electronic payment sectors, provided that you have given your prior consent.

IV. Conservation of your personal data.

Your personal data will be retained for the duration of your contractual relationship with Clubö and, subsequently, to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

After the indicated periods have elapsed, we will retain your personal data, duly blocked, for the duration of the statute of limitations for legal obligations and any liabilities arising from the relationship we have with you.
